Our patients share significant needs for support in their daily lives.

About the position:

As a curator with us, you will meet children and adolescents aged 0–17 years and their networks. You will work with psychosocial support for children, youth, and their guardians. You will assist families with guidance and support regarding LSS services, authority contacts, and community support. You will conduct diagnostic conversations with adolescents, lead parent groups, and provide individual parental support regarding crisis and grief.

Our patients often have complex needs that require collaboration, not only within the team but also with neighboring care providers, municipal services, and other authorities. You will act as a guide for our families and direct them to various community support agencies. You are the team's specialist in social work and can support team members with their questions about community support.

The tasks are varied and require flexibility as you will not only meet patients at the habilitation center but also, when necessary, in their local environment.

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker with several years of professional experience working with children and their families. We want you to have experience working with children and adolescents aged 0–17 years with disabilities. It is an advantage if you are a licensed health and medical care curator and have good knowledge of LSS and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's compensations and benefits. You are accustomed to holding network meetings and enjoy leading parent and child groups.

You need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for planning, driving, and developing patient work, while also enjoying teamwork and collaborating well. You have a good ability to prioritize and are flexible in adapting your work to the needs of the organization. It is natural for you to manage your documentation on time.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. References will be requested.

With us, you will receive:

  • Competent and friendly colleagues in both your own and other professions
  • Collegial support and exchange
  • Good professional development, including through our internal staff training and supervision.
