Our values of Respect, Care, and Clarity permeate our mission, which requires that your attitude and approach meet our fundamental values.

Qualifications

  • University degree, such as a social worker or other behavioral science education that SiS considers equivalent and that includes at least 180 credits.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

To succeed in your work, you are interested in driving and developing care for young people, keeping informed about current research, and handling complex assignments. You should also be able to manage stressful situations, have the courage to set boundaries, and be consistent. You need to be a secure and stable person who communicates attentively and clearly with a desire to create care results beyond the ordinary.
