Geobear operates in three main areas: infrastructure, commercial properties, and the private market. In a rapidly growing market with ambitious growth targets, we are particularly focused on larger and more complex infrastructure and property projects. We are now looking for a driven Infra Sales Manager who wants to take a leading role in our continued success in Sweden.

YOUR ROLE
As an Infra Sales Manager with us, you will:

  • Drive growth and increase revenue through business development and strategic customer meetings.

  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Ensure that business goals and strategies are met effectively.

  • Negotiate technically complex contracts within rail and infrastructure.

  • Travel within Sweden 2–4 times a month for customer meetings and on-site project management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • An established network within the infrastructure and railway industry that can be leveraged to quickly create value

  • A background from a main contractor or within the railway and infrastructure sector

  • Documented multi-year experience in successful sales and bid management within the infrastructure and railway sector.

  • Relevant post-secondary education.

  • You are comfortable managing systems and processes to drive projects and sales forward.

  • Results-, growth-, and performance-oriented with documented sales successes.

  • You want to develop and contribute to the growth of a smaller, dynamic company with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
