Customer Receptionist at Euromaster in Umeå

As a Customer Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming our customers at our reception, answering phone calls and emails, making orders and sales. During the season, our workshops have a high work pace, which requires us as a team to work together to provide the best possible service to our customers. There may also be additional tasks where you assist the staff in the workshop.

The position will be filled at the beginning of April, and the employment period is approximately 6-8 weeks with a chance of extension. Training will be provided on-site.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a valid B driver's license
• Enjoys working independently and is used to pitching in when needed
• Has experience in sales and customer service
• Has personal drive and enjoys a varied workday
• If you are administratively skilled and used to working in various systems, we consider it an advantage
