In this role, you will primarily work at the checkout and assist customers with payments. You will handle the company's business system and also perform tasks such as invoice printing and order placements. In addition to checkout work, you will help in the store by restocking items, maintaining order, and answering customer inquiries.

As you are the company's face to the public, a good service attitude is crucial – every customer interaction should be characterized by professionalism and commitment.

The work takes place in a store in Örebro as needed. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car to easily get to the store. You need to be available for work during weekdays, daytime. You will be scheduled for work during absences, illness, and other requests. Your shifts will often be booked with short notice, which suits your other daily activities.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a role with daily customer contact. Building relationships with both new and returning customers feels natural to you. Previous experience in checkout work is advantageous but not a requirement – we offer training for the position.

You are social, outgoing, and have a good sense of numbers and administration. Standing at the checkout for an entire shift is a natural part of the job for you. Customer satisfaction is important to you, and you approach both customers and colleagues with professionalism and positive energy. We are also looking for someone who is meticulous, a quick learner, and thrives in an efficient work pace.

We value personal qualities highly and would like to see that you have a background in sports or community activities. As this position is a need-based employment, you must have AHS (another primary occupation) such as studies.
