Your Role

With us, there is a wide variety and depth in both challenges and responsibilities. In the expansive phase we are in, the pace is often high, while our family-like culture remains intact. Right now, we are looking for you who currently work as an engineer, systems engineer, technical leader, or project manager. This is an open advertisement, so please feel free to describe your skills and interests in your application. Regardless of the focus, you will work closely with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in projects where quality, structure, and delivery are important parts.

Depending on your profile, your tasks may include:

• working with system development, requirements management, testing, and verification
• planning, coordination, and follow-up of projects and activities
• technical or operational dialogue with customers and partners
• responsibility for deliveries, timelines, and quality
• contributing to the improvement of work methods, processes, and technical solutions

Your Profile

We believe that you have a genuine interest in technology, structure, and collaboration, and that you thrive in environments where you can take responsibility and contribute to the whole. You have a technical education from a college or university, or equivalent extensive experience from the workforce, and currently work as an engineer, systems engineer, or project manager - or have the ambition to do so.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
