Why this job is for you You thrive when everything isn't fully drawn out yet. When the direction is clear, but the path needs to be shaped together. As a Technical Project Manager with us, you will play a key role in helping our customers move from complex technical challenges to functional, manufacturable, and sustainable solutions.
You will work closely with construction, production, suppliers, and customers—not just to coordinate, but to create alignment, build trust, and drive development forward. You see both the details that determine quality here and now, and the big picture that determines our long-term success.
As a consultant with us, you get the best of two worlds: the variety and impact of client assignments, combined with the security, belonging, and development of a team that truly cares. The office is our shared base, where ideas are shared, competence grows, and people get to take their place.
The way forward is not just in your hands—we walk it together through continuous follow-up and adaptation of your individual development.
You will work within our Hardware & Design business area, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach—to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.
Responsibilities
Drive and develop projects from idea to finished product with a focus on quality, time, and budget
Help customers make the right technical and business decisions through structure, dialogue, and clear prioritization
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams within construction, production, and the supply chain
Identify risks, solve technical challenges, and ensure projects comply with relevant standards
Contribute to developing working methods, processes, and how we conduct technical project management—together with colleagues and customers
Qualifications You are curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. You like to take initiative, create structure in complexity, and help others succeed. You don't need to know everything from the start—but you want to learn, develop, and take on greater responsibility over time.
We prefer that you have:
An engineering degree (Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering) in fields such as mechanical engineering, industrial economics, electrical engineering, or equivalent
Experience in technical project management, product development, or a leading technical role
Understanding of product development processes, manufacturing, and quality
Experience with or interest in project management tools and structured working methods
Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
Since some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, a security clearance may be required for the assignment.
For us, your attitude, drive, and potential are at least as important as the number of years in your career. With us, technical project management is more than just keeping plans and deliveries together. It is a responsibility, a trust, and an opportunity to make a difference—for our customers, our partners, and each other. Now we are looking for you who want to raise your sights, take responsibility, and grow together with us. We are looking for you with the right drive, attitude, and willingness to contribute.
