The Glasmästaregatans preschools are located in Johanneberg, close to beautiful green areas and parks. Here, we take advantage of the outdoor environment and use both nature and our yard to invite play and exploration. With us, children are involved and have influence as their thoughts, ideas, and initiatives are taken into account in everyday life. We see children's curiosity and interests as an important starting point for learning and teaching, and as a preschool teacher, you will lead the group with clarity, curiosity, and warmth.

Currently, our preschools are in the startup phase of a long-term development project together with team Liseberg, focusing on children's language development. All educators receive professional development to become confident linguistic role models for the children, with support and guidance from various professionals in child health. As a preschool teacher, you have an important and driving role in this joint effort.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• We would like you to have at least 5 years of experience in the role of preschool teacher within similar operations
• Experience in developing accessible learning environments that promote children's creativity and learning
