Plumbing Installer - Stockholm

As a plumbing installer at BK Fastighetsservice, you will work with:

• Installation, service, operation, and maintenance of plumbing systems. (not ventilation)
• Ongoing service assignments, troubleshooting, and smaller and larger renovation works.
• Work with heat pumps, underfloor heating systems, radiators, bathrooms, and sub-stations.
• Troubleshooting of drainage/water and heating systems.
• Service assignments and projects in close collaboration with customers and construction partners.
• Own customer dialogue and handling of work orders via a digital system.

You will start from home with a service vehicle and work on assignments around the Stockholm area. The role is varied and allows you to plan your workdays independently in dialogue with the team leader.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a plumbing installer after completing your apprenticeship.
• Experience with service projects.
• Valid driver's license (B).
• Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
• Plumbing certification is highly meritorious.
• Ability to work independently.
• Background checks will be applied.
