This is what you will do with us

As an experienced project and construction manager with us, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and varied projects – from early planning stages to completion. You will play a key role in the project team and be responsible for project planning, budget, timeline, and coordination between different stakeholders, which requires that you are confident in your leadership and have experience with larger property projects. Within the unit and in Ramboll at large, we work with many different types of projects – everything from offices, housing to public buildings and critical infrastructure. This gives you the opportunity to develop both breadth and depth in your expertise.

Your role includes, among other things:

• Project and/or construction management where you lead your assignments regarding function, quality, time, and economy
• Advisory and procurement support
• Technical coordination and management
• Client decision support in various phases of the project
• Collaborate both internally with Ramboll's own specialists as well as externally with clients
• Participate in client dialogue, both with new and established contacts.

You will become part of our global organization, Buildings Advisory & Consultancy. Our organization combines advisory services in project and construction management, digital processes, fire safety, and sustainability strategies to support our clients throughout the construction process. The result is buildings and environments that are smart, safe, and sustainable.

We are looking for you

For this role, we envision that you have the following profile:

• Min. 8 years of experience as a project and/or construction manager in property construction projects – from start to finish
• Academic engineering degree with relevant orientation for the position
• The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
• A strong interest in sustainable community development and a desire to drive change
• Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Enjoy having fun at work and contributing to a pleasant atmosphere and team spirit.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with collaborative projects
• Experience with security-classified projects
• Experience in hospital and laboratory environments
• Experience with offices and housing
• Project manager certified, e.g., IPMA or PMI.
