Your responsibilities

Our supported housing offers assistance to adults with harmful use or dependency issues who need a safe environment and help in their daily lives. We work with structure, motivation, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented interventions. Here, you make a difference – every day.

As a part-time or summer substitute with us, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to provide:
- Motivational support in everyday situations
- Structure and routines for residents with complex issues
- Counseling support focused on recovery and change
- Practical assistance, such as household chores and activities
- Documentation according to current guidelines

The work takes place during the day, evening, and weekends – there are opportunities for adjustments based on your availability. If you are applying for a summer position, you need to be available for work during weeks 26-33. Please mention in your personal letter if you are applying for a part-time position, summer substitute, or both.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:
- Has an engaged and respectful approach
- Is calm, secure, and clear in communication
- Can work independently but also enjoys teamwork
- Has the ability to handle situations that require flexibility and professionalism
- Master Swedish in both spoken and written form

Requirements:
- Education in social work such as social pedagog, treatment pedagog, behavioral scientist, social worker, police officer, or nursing assistant. You may also be in training.
- B driver's license

Meritorious:
- Further education in the field; Relapse prevention, MI, CRA, ESL, etc.
- Practical experience working with individuals in active dependency and homelessness

We offer you

Vista supported housing, acute and investigation is centrally located in Södertälje with good transport links. We are an organization with three missions: a supported housing part, an investigation part that assists the Authority for harmful use and dependency with mapping the individual's needs, and an acute part where we receive individuals with harmful use/dependency who have become homeless. The accommodation has a total of 25 places.
