We are looking for an experienced Java Developer for a long-term consulting assignment with our client in Sundsvall. You will be part of an agile development team where Scrum and scaled Scrum are applied.

This is a consulting assignment – not an employment.

You will work as a system developer in an established development team and contribute both to new development and, when necessary, to maintenance-related work. The work takes place in the client's IT environment and under the client's management.

An important part of the assignment is to contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.

This is a full-time assignment requiring 100% commitment.

It is a longer assignment. Start as soon as possible, no later than March 11.

You should have:

• At least 4 years of experience (within the last 6 years) in Java development on a distributed service-oriented platform
• At least 2 years of experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with modern Java (at least version 17)
• Several years of experience in agile system development
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to work on-site in Sundsvall for an average of at least 3 days per week
• Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement

You should also have:

• Experience with Spring Boot
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, ArgoCD, and Helm
• Experience with RabbitMQ
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket
• Experience with Jenkins and automated build processes
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Experience with S3/ObjectStore (e.g., NooBaa)
• Experience with REST integrations
• Experience from larger IT organizations (at least 100 employees)
• Database modeling and advanced SQL
• Experience with Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
