As a Communicator at Parkering Malmö, you will play a creative and operational key role in a small and driven communication team. The position is a temporary role for about 1.5 years, and involves working closely with the business and supporting various departments. The focus is on graphic production and content for digital and printed channels. You will primarily be part of the communication team and work closely with your communicator colleagues to identify and communicate news, topics, and themes. The role involves significant personal responsibility to package messages that strengthen the brand, influence behaviors, and create engaging communication. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and drive both large and small projects – from idea and concept to finished material.

At the same time, you will have the opportunity to support the Customer and Marketing Manager with campaign materials in digital and printed channels. The role means contributing to coherence and wholeness in communication, translating strategy into concrete communication, and ensuring that all communication follows our brand platform, tone, and graphic profile.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Your days will vary, but will largely consist of:

Content production for internal and external channels: Develop and adapt messages for different target groups and publish material including text, images, and short videos on the web, intranet, and social media. Produce printed communication materials, such as presentations, posters, and banners.
Support for the Customer and Marketing Department: Create smaller campaign and marketing materials, such as graphic design, banners, and social media content. Help ensure that marketing materials reach their audience and support smaller projects.
Events & Projects: Plan, execute, and evaluate smaller projects and events, such as inaugurations, internal activities, and other corporate events. Provide practical support and project management as needed.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and other departments to strengthen employer branding and internal culture.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a university degree in communication, media, or equivalent
Has work experience in content production for digital and printed channels, social media, and moving media
Has experience with Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and CMS tools for web and intranet, preferably SharePoint
Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience with advertising in various social channels
Experience with SEO and keyword optimization, including the ability to optimize web and digital content for increased visibility and traffic
Experience working with campaigns and analytics tools
A valid driver's license (B)
