About the Role in Customer ServiceAs a customer service representative at Yoump, you are an important part of the customer experience. In customer service, you work to provide our customers with quick and professional assistance. You encounter people in various situations, via phone, chat, email, and sometimes in person. You treat all customers in a respectful and solution-oriented manner, always striving to deliver the best possible customer experience.
This position is suitable for you who want to work extra and are flexible with working hours. The job involves varying working hours, and you need to be able to work both weekdays and weekends, during the day and evening as needed.
Examples of Tasks in Customer ServiceAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Guide and inform customers about our services and products
Register and follow up on customer cases in the system
Handle bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Provide support regarding payments and orders
Handle complaints and resolve any issues together with the customer
Contribute to continuous improvements of our customer service processes
Collaborate with other departments to create a smooth customer journey
You have a good sense of service and enjoy helping others
You are flexible, patient, and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills in Swedish – both spoken and written; English is a plus
You can work independently and collaborate in a team
You are positive, proactive, and responsible
Experience in customer service, retail, reception, or similar is a plus, but not a requirement
You have basic computer skills and find it easy to learn new systems
