You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, like talking to customers, and have structure in your daily life. Our work involves a great deal of responsibility - but that's what makes the job really fun! Our primary goal is satisfied customers, so having a strong service mindset is a given. As a person, you are also curious, solution-oriented, stress-resistant, social, and thrive in an environment where you can take your own initiatives. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus. We place great importance on personal qualities.

The basic requirements for employment are that you are at least 18 years old, and speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Before any potential employment, a background check will be conducted through the County Administrative Board, which includes a check in the criminal record and credit report.

Employment start is immediate, and your work begins with two weeks of training. Normal working hours are weekdays 07:30 – 16:30 with the possibility of adjustment. The position is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period.
