About Us

Kantar Media (Sifo) is a market leader in insights, analysis, and consulting services. At Kantar Media (Sifo), we work in project form where a project ranges from setting it up based on the client's needs to delivering analysis and visualization of the results of a survey.

About the Position

As a telephone interviewer, your main task is to conduct various types of surveys by phone using a computer based on a predetermined questionnaire. We are looking for interviewers for our telephone facility in central Gothenburg and interviewers who work from home. The work can preferably be done from home, but you need access to your own computer and a stable internet connection. We provide headsets, cover the cost of telephony, and offer basic training.

The work mainly takes place in the evenings on weekdays, but we also have some projects that we call on during the daytime and weekends:

Day: Mon-Thu 08:00-15:30 / Fri 08:00-14:30

Evening: Mon-Thu 16:30-21:00 / Fri 15:00-19:00

Weekend: Sat 10:00-15:00 / Sun 14:00-19:00

What the Job Requires

• That you follow instructions, manuals, and rules to achieve the quality and efficiency needed in the interviewing work and that our clients expect.
• That you speak and read Swedish fluently.
• That the information provided during the interview is handled confidentially.
• A high level of communication skills.
• That you can work at least 2 shifts/week. You schedule your own shifts based on the existing needs. If there is a need, you can of course work more.

Training and supervision take place at the office in Gothenburg, so we are primarily looking for someone who lives close enough to reach the office during the two introductory days. Note: You cannot work from abroad!
