We are now looking for a team leader for 1st Omtanken – a key person who acts as the hub of our operations and helps create security, structure, and quality for both employees and customers.

About the role

As a team leader, you will have a broad and significant responsibility for your group. You are the link between employees, management, and our customers, working both operationally and administratively. Your tasks include, among others:

• Ensuring that new schedules are correct and comply with current regulations.
• Introducing and mentoring new staff in the organization.
• Receiving and handling minor complaints from customers and relatives.
• Ordering incontinence products and aids.
• Ensuring that medications are delivered to customers in a safe and secure manner.
• Planning and leading certain meetings.
• Supporting the planner by checking that services are correct and scheduled according to customers' wishes.

The role also includes on-call duty every sixth week, which means responsibility for sick and healthy writing as well as schedule changes in Lifecare Planning.

Combination of leadership and care

In addition to the team leader role, you will work as a nursing assistant in the organization, which gives you close contact with both customers and colleagues. This way, you gain a deep understanding of the organization's needs and can contribute to improving the quality of daily work.
