Quality Specialist for GE Healthcare in Uppsala

We are currently looking for a Quality Specialist for a consulting assignment at GE Healthcare in Uppsala. You will be part of our quality organization and work with a wide range of quality-related tasks, including document management, change control, risk management, and deviation handling. Your main responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on non-conformities (NCs) and production changes.
  • Support product development and design changes, including NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Perform gap analyses of quality documents and improve the document management system.
  • Contribute to the implementation of QMS training and support the quality management system.
  • Work with risk management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change management.
  • Assist during inspections and audits, as well as handle complaints and deviations.

Who are you?

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
  • Experience with design changes, NC handling, investigations, and document management.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of working with change management, risk management, and CAPA.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in medical technology or equivalent.
  • Experience with risk management and gap analysis.
  • Knowledge of Trackwise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • High stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
