Security Guard for Leading Paper Mill Company in Grums

CSG is looking for security guards for one of the leading Swedish companies in carton and paper manufacturing in Grums.

We are now seeking new employees who can cover for vacation periods but who can also consider a needs-based employment to fill vacancies. As a security guard, you will be an important part of monitoring the industrial facility where your skills and knowledge will be crucial for success in the role. The tasks will vary, but we require that you hold a B driver's license as patrolling will occur both on foot and by car. In your role, you will also perform access, vehicle, and/or area monitoring, supervise the area via existing and new cameras, and provide reception services where the focus on service and safety will be primary for visitors.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 20 years old and have at least one year of work experience as a security guard
• Basic security guard training (VU1 and VU2)
• B driver's license
• Good language skills in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
• Good health and physical fitness to manage the tasks required
• Psychological stability and stress tolerance to handle the tasks required

Meritorious:

• Port and maritime security inspector training with a passing result
• Security guard training with a passing result and valid appointment
• Protection guard training with a passing result
• Possess SSG Entrance Pass

All required training will be provided by us.

Before employment can become relevant, you must first undergo a security review where a background check is conducted and be approved by the County Administrative Board for work in an authorized security company.
