TorsbyBadet is located in the central town of Torsby, adjacent to Stjernehallen and Björnevi IP. TorsbyBadet is currently undergoing a major renovation expected to be completed in the summer of 2026.

The facility has much to offer. It includes a 25-meter pool, a teaching pool with a movable floor, an activity area with whirlpool, a splash pool for younger children, a relaxation area, and a gym. The pool offers water aerobics, swimming school, and baby swimming.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At TorsbyBadet, the guest is at the center. You should have a good attitude and be service-oriented. You should also be pedagogical, enjoy teaching, and keeping the premises clean and tidy.

The work involves teaching children and adults to swim, maintaining cleanliness in our facilities, assisting our guests at the reception, leading water aerobics, being a swimming instructor, and gym instructor.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a swimming instructor, it is required that you are a competent swimmer to work as a swimming teacher. If you are not a certified swimming instructor, training will be provided immediately after hiring. Experience in leading children and youth, as well as adults, from community organizations is an advantage. Experience in CPR and handling minor injuries is also beneficial.

You are a good adult role model who can build good relationships with guests and colleagues. You have the ability to independently and in a group plan and execute activities. You will be part of a team that works proactively and solution-focused for everyone's safety and well-being.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a social and service-oriented person who is open to the development of the operations.

We welcome experience working with people of all ages, in service professions, community life, or similar.

Knowledge of one or more languages in addition to Swedish is an advantage.

A driver's license (B) is required.
