In all our work, both internally and externally, we must act based on the state value framework. Like all employees and leaders with us, you are expected to act according to the agency's approach.
The approaches apply in everyday life, crises, and war. They should be seen as a whole and build on each other; collaborative – proactive - action-oriented.
For the position, you must have the ability to see connections and work systematically to handle complex issues. You are a good team player who enjoys working in a group but also has the ability to solve problems individually. Furthermore, you are a good communicator and contribute to good collaboration with colleagues in various parts of the organization, as well as outside the agency.
