About the Role As a Technical Project Manager in production, you play a central role in driving how Saab develops and implements future production solutions. You work at the intersection of technology, project management, and Lean – where you identify today's and tomorrow's needs and translate them into smart, sustainable, and technically precise solutions. The role requires a strong technical understanding combined with the ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and transform ideas into robust and functioning production flows. In this role, you are responsible for exploring the market, identifying the right technical solutions, and assessing their suitability for Saab's needs. You lead the entire process – from requirement specification and supplier dialogue to implementation, commissioning, and verification. The role involves translating cross-industry technology into functioning and standardized production solutions while strengthening structures and working methods within the organization. About You At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within industry. The role requires a good technical understanding, drive in projects, the ability to communicate clearly, and a Lean-oriented working method. You are expected to be analytical, curious, and capable of seeing solutions in a broader context — but also practical and comfortable following the technology all the way to operational results. In addition to the above requirements, the role requires proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as well as Swedish citizenship.
