We are looking for staff for Agdas Café in Apladalen – Join our wonderful team!

We are now in our third year as owners of Agdas Café in the fantastic environment of Apladalen, and we continue to develop the café with good lunches, fantastic pastries, and a wonderful atmosphere. We are now looking for 3-4 people who want to help create a memorable experience for our guests during the summer season!

About us: Agdas Café is located in the heart of Apladalen and offers a lovely place for both locals and visitors to enjoy good food and pastries in a fantastic setting. We focus on high quality in everything we do and want to continue building our café as a welcoming and pleasant place for all our guests.

About the position: We are looking for engaged and service-oriented individuals who want to help drive our café forward. Your tasks will vary, from providing fantastic service to our guests to assisting with the preparation and serving of lunch and pastries. You will also be an important part of our team and contribute to the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Agdas Café.

According to Swedish alcohol law, the person responsible for serving alcohol must be over 20 years old. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are over 20 years old to ensure that we comply with all laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is over 20 years old (You must be over 20 years old for this position according to the law on alcohol service:

6 § Anyone who has not reached 20 years of age or who has a guardian according to Chapter 11, Section 7 of the Parental Code may not conduct business that includes the sale of alcoholic beverages or alcohol-like products. Law (2019:345).

• Can work from mid/late May to the end of August; even someone studying at university who can only start from mid-June is of interest.
• Is flexible and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
• Has a genuine interest in people and service.
• Has experience working in café or restaurant operations (meritorious but not required).
• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
• Can work every third weekend and some evenings.
