JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for more colleagues for home care and our special accommodations for the elderly.

As a nurse in municipal health care, no day is the same. The pace varies, and the days are filled with educational encounters with people. Here, you have great freedom to plan your own day.

You will have the chance to work with very experienced colleagues with broad expertise, and we place great importance on working without prestige and helping each other. We strive to regularly lift our gaze from our daily work and also think about what we want to achieve in the longer term.

Your work mainly consists of assessing the patient's health status and deciding on healthcare interventions, carrying out prescriptions, and following up on the measures taken. You will be responsible for the care of a number of patients. We have close cooperation with relatives and staff to make a difference in the patient's everyday life. You will conduct continuous visits to your patients to create continuity in the meeting with the patient and healthcare personnel. If necessary, you will collaborate with paramedics or consult the responsible physician. An important part of your work is also to support, guide, and delegate to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a licensed nurse
• have a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• previous work experience as a licensed nurse
• further education, for example in geriatrics, psychiatry, or dementia.
• experience working in municipal health care

To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to work independently and actively drive your own work, from planning to implementation and follow-up. As a person, you should be responsible, positive, and engaged, and you view development work positively. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team to achieve results together. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
