Mörbylånga municipality is located in the southern part of Öland and consists of about 1200 dedicated and competent employees who are driven to make a difference in our community. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At the Arbetslivscentrum, there is currently a need in the form of a temporary position. Within the framework of this temporary position, we are now looking for someone with experience in integration work. With the requested knowledge and experience, you can become part of Arbetslivscentrum.

Arbetslivscentrum works with the mission of helping community citizens aged 16-64 to achieve self-sufficiency.

The Integration Unit within Arbetslivscentrum is responsible for reception and housing provision according to law (2000:1383).

The operations are responsible for authority contact, practical planning, and reception and establishment of incoming target groups.

Arbetslivscentrum collaborates with authorities such as the Migration Agency, the Employment Agency, Social Services, and the municipality's housing company.

Examples of job tasks:

• case management, follow-up, and act as a contact party with the Migration Agency, relevant authorities, and partners regarding decisions and instructions concerning the target group
• Plan and practically implement the reception of incoming quota refugees and/or mass influx refugees
• conduct surveys, create action plans, and carry out follow-up conversations with target groups and referring authorities

QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that the key to success is a professional approach combined with adequate competence and experience relevant to the assignment.

The qualifications described below are a requirement:

• Relevant education for the job tasks where you are expected to have experience in similar tasks within the integration field
• You express yourself well in speech and writing, and the job tasks require good documentation skills. All documentation is done in the operation's documentation system.

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience of working within a municipal labor market unit or similar operations and/or employment agency or similar authority work

As a person, you have a pronounced service-oriented and professional approach. You find it easy to build trusting relationships and see opportunities in meetings.

You take initiative, responsibility, and are solution-focused. You enjoy challenges, are open and flexible, and have drive. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
