BeOneTeam is looking for new employees with a big heart.

At the request of our client, we are hereby seeking 2-3 women with good experience in assistance and care work for work as substitutes either on an as-needed basis or for temporary positions.

Our client is a woman in her 60s who is completely mobility impaired after a traffic accident and therefore needs support and help with everything in her daily life around the clock.

Working hours can be both daytime or awake night shifts.

Personalized support is a very significant and appreciated job for all our clients. It requires some basic knowledge but above all special qualities in you. If you are going to work with people with sometimes high degrees of disabilities, both physically and mentally, it must be very natural for you to be caring and feel compassion. Being present in meetings with the client, being empathetic, understanding needs, and being generally positive.

Previous experience with common lifting aids, medication management, and tube feeding is a merit. However, it is not a requirement as we have individualized internal training.
