Do you want to make a real difference?
Here, you contribute to creating safety for people and communities. What you do matters.
Your Role
As a maintenance planner, you will be an important part of a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on maintenance and modification work on advanced civil and military platforms. The role involves close collaboration with production, project leaders, and external suppliers, where the planning function has overall responsibility for ensuring that work packages are carried out efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with applicable regulations.
You initiate, follow up, and close work packages and work orders in our maintenance operations and ensure that the right conditions are in place before implementation. The work also involves contact with external suppliers and handling orders for subcontracted services.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing orders from the operator's CAMO organization
- Preparing and processing work documentation and so-called task cards in the maintenance system
- Ensuring that work packages are correctly prepared for execution in maintenance production
- Ensuring access to materials, tools, and work orders for all tasks
- Conducting post-processing and compiling invoicing documentation to bill the customer
- Supporting project leaders during ongoing maintenance and modification work
The role offers great variety, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to work in a technically advanced environment where quality and safety are in focus.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in aircraft maintenance and modification work within Part-145 operations. Good knowledge of the Part-145 regulations is a requirement, while knowledge of SE-EMAR is an advantage.
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and proactive. You thrive in a role where you can take overall responsibility, work solution-oriented, and collaborate with many different contacts. You have a good sense of order, are used to working in various operational and maintenance systems, and contribute with commitment and team spirit.
You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since travel may be required, a valid driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
