Your Role

We need more people to teach and develop our ability to train production personnel in civil and military operations in Tannefors.

The training center is organized within Fighter Production and is responsible for developing and maintaining courses and training programs primarily for assembly, final assembly, and electrical workshops. This includes both theory in classrooms as well as practical moments in workshops.

The tasks that occur at the school include:

• teaching in the classroom (theory)
• demonstrating practical moments in the workshop
• maintaining and developing courses and programs in dialogue with the business
• developing new courses based on business needs
• being present in production and following how our students succeed in collaboration with support teams and production leaders.

The school will be strengthened with more employees who teach in:

• Practical moments, focusing on electrical assembly, assembly, and final assembly
• Workshop courses such as blueprint reading, measurement technology, torqueing, FOD, and similar areas

We are also looking for individuals who want to contribute to developing our training and educational programs.

The mix of tasks will be shaped according to your background, interests, and development potential.

Your Profile

It is meritorious if you have experience from working in production - preferably within Aeronautics - but a more theoretical or technical background can also be a valuable addition to our team.
