Your Task

In your role as Assistant CEO, you will be an important part of our strategic work. You will support the organization and management by providing your input in the management team work and business planning. You will help analyze various issues that are important to us and to the people of Gothenburg.

You will support us in becoming more sustainable, working and thinking smarter, more economically, and more innovatively. In addition to participating in the management team and acting in the daily work, you will engage in your own assignment. The assignment will focus on developing a business strategy for how Din El can strengthen its market position while maintaining profitability. Your work will have a significant impact and help us move forward while also providing you with credentials for your future career and a memorable summer.

The summer job runs from June to August on-site in Gothenburg, with the possibility of time off.

Your Team

Din El is a subsidiary of Göteborg Energi that is perceived as a reliable electricity trading actor that creates value for private customers and businesses. Din El should be the obvious player in the market that helps society in the energy transition and the pursuit of a more climate-smart society. Din El's vision will be achieved through a service-oriented and competent organization that, together with customers, constantly seeks new innovative solutions. Your Competence

As an applicant for the role of Assistant CEO, you have a strong commitment to leadership and approach a role like this with energy and curiosity. In this role, you need to create contacts with your colleagues in the organization and communicate well. You have a good understanding of business principles and the ability to quickly grasp the overall picture of a company like Göteborg Energi Din El. We believe you are a person who strives for good results in your work and wants to do your very best with us!

To take on this role in the best way, we believe you have a bachelor's degree and have started your master's studies. You have experience in leadership in some form, such as being a leader in associations, in study contexts, or in previous workplaces. We also want you to have at least one year of work experience. You speak and write fluently in Swedish.

In this recruitment process, we have chosen to use selection questions, so we will not request a CV or cover letter.

If you proceed to the final stage of the recruitment process, you will be assigned a case that we want you to present on the morning of March 6th, and the presentation will take place digitally.
