About the position As a traveling service technician, you are Firefly's face to our customers. You work with technically advanced, customized system solutions and are responsible for both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on existing facilities, as well as the startup of new installations. The role also includes training customers in the system's functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Your work is carried out independently, while you have close collaboration with Firefly's salespeople, technical project managers, and our customers, where your focus will be within Sweden and Scandinavia. Firefly has installed protection systems in over 80 countries, and for the right person, there are opportunities to work internationally in the long term.

About you We see that you:

• Have relevant education
• Have experience in troubleshooting and verifying components in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
• Have knowledge in IT
• Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Enjoy a traveling position

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a traveling service technician, preferably within the process industry.
