About the Position

We are looking for a handy and service-oriented property technician who wants to be part of the ISS Facility Services team. The position involves varied tasks within property maintenance where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to creating a pleasant workplace for the customer. Here, humility, collaboration, and a solution-oriented attitude are highly valued. We are looking for someone with relevant experience in the field. We expect you to start as soon as possible.

For this position, you will be employed as a consultant by us at Cleverex Bemanning, but work at ISS Facility Services. If everything feels good in the collaboration, you are expected to be permanently hired by ISS after 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of property technician, you, together with your colleague, are responsible for ensuring that the customer's offices and premises provide a comprehensive experience of a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work with the maintenance and upkeep of the customer's indoor and outdoor environments, premises, and properties. We highly value your personal and humble commitment, as well as your ability to resolve arising situations. Some shifted daytime hours may apply.

Your tasks include, among others:

Supervision, maintenance, and corrective and preventive maintenance both indoors and outdoors (Ventilation, heating, lighting, etc.)
Simpler, unqualified tasks, such as changing light sources, touch-up painting, etc.
Patrolling the customer's premises and reporting deviations in FMS according to set guidelines and acting according to mandate
Managing property automation/access systems (Siemens-Desigo CC and Sipass)
Inventory, order materials according to applicable routines and in consultation with the manager
Manage & control automatic fire alarm systems
Handle fault reports of equipment and inventory related to the premises connected to the service
Handling larger goods, if necessary
Some cleaning of various areas, for example outdoors
Various types of seasonal outdoor tasks
Management & control of perimeter security

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has a high school education and experience working in a similar position
Has experience from service professions
Good IT skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in property technology and performing simpler repairs, property maintenance, or operational service

We place great importance on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is humble and service-oriented. You are a team player, while also being self-driven and able to make your own decisions. You are handy and have a “I can solve this” attitude. It is certainly a plus if you have a technical interest.
