Staffing Consultant at Lernia

Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for someone to work as an industrial operator, located in Olofström. We are hiring operators to start immediately.

Formal Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old.
• Driving license B and access to a car.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Approved high school grades in Swedish, mathematics, and English or relevant work experience (at least 3 years).
• Forklift license is a merit, please note in your application if you have completed training or updated your driving license.

Your Background:

We prefer that you have education in industry or technology, as well as industrial experience and a strong interest in the field. Experience in assembly is an advantage. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Experience in inspection, alignment, and surface finishing is a merit.

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in industry and is engaged and positive towards challenges. You should also be able to work both independently and in a team, which requires you to be flexible, self-driven, motivated, and take initiative.

Employment Type/Scope/Work Location:

Temporary employment/Full-time/Olofström.

The work is scheduled for 2 shifts.

Start Date:

Immediate start, by agreement.
