Inspection Technician with Overall Responsibility Wanted!

About the Position

As a station manager with us, you will be responsible for the operational management at the station, including inspecting vehicles and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality in all our services. You will lead and support your team through coaching and development discussions for your two employees, as well as being responsible for sales and customer relations. The position also includes following government regulations and routines and maintaining a good work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections.
• Be responsible for the station's quality work and ensure compliance with applicable laws and routines.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and conduct development discussions including salary setting.
• Be responsible for sales to both private and corporate customers.
• Ensure that the station operates efficiently and meets our set goals.
• Work towards a good work environment and comply with occupational health and safety legislation.

Working hours are scheduled during the day. You will report to the cluster manager.

About You

We are primarily looking for someone who is already a certified inspection technician or has held a certificate previously. You have a strong interest in both people and results, and you are passionate about creating a good work environment where employees thrive and develop.

You are structured and like order and tidiness. We believe you have previous experience in coaching and developing employees and that you are driven in sales. You spread positive energy and create a wonderful atmosphere at your station. You are also goal-oriented and ensure that both quality and sales targets are met.
