Logistics Coordinator at Lantmännen in Lidköping

Your Responsibilities

As a logistics coordinator in Lidköping, you will be primarily responsible for specific products and act as the contact person for both incoming and outgoing deliveries. You will manage the entire process from order to invoicing, which includes planning, booking of transports, handling transport documentation including export documents and customs, as well as invoicing. You will plan transports between internal and external warehouses and have daily contact with transport companies, customers, and internal functions such as sales, production, and quality. You will also drive improvement initiatives and create work descriptions.

Everyone in the group has their own areas of responsibility to manage independently, while you are part of our logistics team in Lidköping. You will also be part of a larger context with sites in Norrköping and Kimstad. The group has regular digital meetings and meets physically a few times a year to work on common development issues. The role is based in Lidköping and you will report to Jana Thomas, Logistics Manager, who is based in Norrköping but regularly present in Lidköping.

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• A degree in logistics/economics, or several years of experience in logistics, transport, shipping, and planning.
• Experience working with logistics flows, preferably with a focus on improvement work and cost tracking.
• A good understanding of the entire logistics chain – from order placement to invoicing.
• The ability to work in business systems and manage transport and invoicing documentation.
• We prefer that you have experience in improvement work and creating work descriptions.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
