Junior Laboratory Engineer

We are looking for a junior Laboratory Engineer for a product-focused laboratory assignment. The role combines hands-on laboratory work with analysis, documentation, and method development. The primary focus is on functional product and material testing rather than molecular-level chemical analysis.

You will be part of a cross-functional and diverse laboratory team with varying backgrounds and experience levels. The assignment offers strong opportunities to develop skills in project work, test methodology, and statistical analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in development, innovation, and value engineering activities
• Plan, perform, and analyze tests on new products and materials
• Conduct statistical evaluation of test results
• Document, summarize, and present results, providing clear recommendations
• Develop, evaluate, and validate new laboratory methods

Required Qualifications

• Technical university degree, preferably in materials engineering or chemistry (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience working in a laboratory environment
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English
• Comfortable combining practical and theoretical tasks in a laboratory setting
