Do you want to take a leading role in supply chain operations and truly make a difference? We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner for an exciting assignment in Vårgårda where you will combine strategy, analysis, and operational responsibility in a dynamic environment.

📍 Location: Vårgårda 📅 Assignment Period: February 16 – April 30, 2026

In the role of Advanced Supply Chain Planner, you will have overall responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of the supply chain to meet customer needs and business goals – both in the short and long term.

You will work closely with both internal and external parties and be a natural point of contact for delivery issues, escalations, and improvement initiatives. Here, you will have a clear influence role in an environment characterized by collaboration, analysis, and continuous development.

• Drive and develop supply chain planning through, among other things, Short-term planning and SIOP

• Independently lead internal and external meetings (customer, supplier, kanban, and buffer reviews)

• Ensure delivery capability and act as an escalation point in case of deviations

• Identify and drive improvements based on fact-based analyses

• Actively work towards goals in cost, quality, and delivery precision

• Develop and maintain planning tools such as All parts, Short-term, and Compass

• Support effective product and item phase-in and phase-out

• Ensure correct master data in planning systems

• Identify and escalate risks related to delivery, finance, and material planning

• Develop, implement, and update standards and work instructions

• Work effectively in customer portals

• Drive competency development and act as a mentor for colleagues 🤝

You are a senior and confident Supply Chain profile who:

• Has solid experience in advanced supply chain planning

• Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Thrives in a leading and coordinating role

• Is communicative and used to handling both internal and external stakeholders
