Treatment Staff at Aramia Omsorg
Aramia Omsorg is an LSS operation located just outside Skövde. We are a smaller private care provider with two units, Skultorp LSS with 16 places and Sjogerstad LSS with 11 places. The target group at Aramia Omsorg is adult men and women with mental and physical disabilities. We have a permit for LSS 9§9, housing with special services for group one and three. We also accept individuals enrolled in forensic psychiatry.
Qualifications
We are looking for care and support staff with a focus on psychiatry or other relevant education for the role. Education in care and support as well as experience working with individuals with long-term mental disabilities and LSS is advantageous. You are attentive and empathetic, putting the client's needs in focus. You are also solution-oriented and proactive in your work and accustomed to handling complex situations. It is important that you are secure in your profession and can work independently but also have good collaboration skills with other colleagues. It is also important that you handle the Swedish language well in both speech and writing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As treatment staff at Aramia Omsorg, you participate in the client's care, treatment, and rehabilitation. Together with other employees, you work to create participation and a meaningful everyday life for the individual. You support and guide the client in personal care, meals, medication, and communication. We work together in teams where we have several different professions. We work with person-centered care and low-arousal responses. Care work with support in ADL and hygiene is part of the job. The responsibilities also include performing decided interventions for each individual client, according to HSL and LSS, documentation according to current legal requirements, and supervision. The work involves scheduled working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend.

REQUIREMENTS
Relevant education for the role.
Driver's license B for manual transmission.
Extract from the criminal record.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
