Operational Support in Municipal Home Healthcare

Do you want to contribute to development, quality, and good care within municipal home healthcare? We are now looking for an operational support with a license who wants to work closely with the operations and be a driving force in our joint development work.

About the Position

As an operational support in the Health and Medical Care Unit, you play a central role in supporting and developing the operations in accordance with the goals of the Functional Support Administration and based on the needs of the unit. The assignment involves close collaboration with managers and colleagues throughout the unit, where you contribute with guidance, support, and structure in daily work. You are expected to be proactive in the development and quality work of the operations and actively work with issues related to documentation, self-assessments, and follow-ups. The role also includes developing, implementing, and following up routines as well as contributing to the development of working methods. You act as a support in change processes and play an important role in creating participation and quality in the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a licensed nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist/physical therapist
  • Has at least three years of documented professional experience in your licensed profession
  • Has a B driver's license
  • Has good knowledge of documentation and quality work within health and medical care

About the Workplace

The position is located at the Health and Medical Care Unit, which provides municipal health and medical care for the entire Functional Support Administration. The unit consists of approximately 120 employees with different professions and works closely with the administration's operations to ensure safe and patient-centered care. At the Health and Medical Care Unit, there is close cooperation among colleagues, contributing to good cohesion and a pleasant working environment. Our employees have a broad competence and a diversity of experiences. We offer a varied job in an organization with high engagement, good competence, and a positive work climate.

The unit is organized into five cross-professional sections consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists/physical therapists, and nursing assistants. The work is conducted based on a team-based approach where the individual’s needs are in focus. Four of the sections are responsible for patients with decisions according to LSS within groups 1, 2, and 3, based on a geographical division in Malmö city. The fifth section is aimed at patients with personal assistance. Within all sections, there are also other functions that support the operations, such as assistants, pool operations, and evening teams.
