JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a nursing assistant who thrives when structure, quality, and care go hand in hand? Then this could be the assignment that takes you further in your development.
Landskrona Omsorg is now launching a new key role as a team leader to take qualitative care to the next level. In your role as a team leader, you will have the trust to optimize customer planning according to the wishes of the customers and the work peace of your colleagues, thereby contributing to increased quality for our customers.
Here you will have the chance to combine your important work as a nursing assistant with an exciting and developing team leader assignment where you become a central part of the daily operations. Your responsibilities as a team leader include:
- Responsibility for creating structure and flow in customer planning together with your colleagues and other team leaders, managing short-term absences during weekends, and ensuring that the right competence is in the right place.
- Ongoing dialogue with the unit manager and management support regarding staffing needs and collaboration with the fixed care contact during customer changes.
- Being a support for colleagues and an ambassador for Landskrona Omsorg and its values.
As a team leader, you will have a 100% working rate, of which 20% is covered by the team leader assignment on a one-year basis, with the possibility of extending the assignment. The remaining 80% you will work as a regular nursing assistant, where your tasks may include:
- Performing personal care and other SOL interventions as well as performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
- Creating security, continuity, and a good meeting for each customer.
- Observing and reporting changes in customers' health status and documenting in the operational system.
- Working based on implementation plans, decisions, and assessed assistance interventions, as well as following quality and safety routines.
- Collaborating with colleagues and licensed personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a nursing assistant to take on a leadership role and who enjoys combining care work with structure, planning, quality, and responsibility. You have a natural ability to create order, and you quickly see what needs to be done for everyday life to flow for both customers and colleagues. In meetings with others, you are communicative, attentive, and pedagogical, and you find it easy to build good relationships and create trust.
We believe you are someone who takes initiative and responsibility and has the courage to drive the work forward even when the pace is high. You think solution-focused and are flexible, with a structured and independent working method. We see you as someone who creates security around you and inspires others through both words and actions. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is values-driven, curious about development, and who wants to be a role model in the team.
Requirements and desirable competencies
- Trained nursing assistant.
- Proficient in good Swedish in speech and writing, as the work requires communication and documentation.
- Good understanding of customer planning.
- Ability to use digital tools in the work.
- Bicycle experience.
In addition to these requirements, we would like you to have professional experience in care and nursing, preferably in home care, as well as leadership experience. Further education in areas such as dementia or psychiatry is desirable. We also prefer that you have a B driver's license and driving experience.
