We are looking for someone who wants to work as a user reviewer/interviewer in the field of mental health in Västmanland. The job involves, in short, conducting interviews with individuals receiving care and support due to mental health issues, together with a colleague.

NSPH in Västmanland (National Collaboration for Mental Health in Västmanland) is a non-profit organization that, on behalf of Region Västmanland and the county's 10 municipalities, conducts reviews (user-driven user reviews) of various services. These services, both regional and municipal, are tasked with providing care and/or support to individuals with mental health issues. The purpose of the investigations is to collect users' experiences of the care, support, and treatment offered to them through in-depth interviews, and based on this, create a qualitative development basis for each service. The goal is to strengthen and improve the services' efforts from the user perspective. Read more about user-driven user reviews on our website www.nsphvastmanland.se/brukarrevision/
