Customer Receptionist at Bevego in Örebro

Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies in construction sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now looking for a customer receptionist for our branch in Örebro. As a Customer Receptionist, you play a very important role as the face of the branch and the first point of contact for our customers. You will be part of an engaged team where you together have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. The position is a 6-month temporary contract with very good opportunities for a permanent position at the end of the contract. Start date is according to agreement.

What will you do?

• Actively participate in the branch's sales and activities
• Serve and assist pick-up customers
• Register and pick customer orders for pick-up customers
• Confirm customer orders
• Handle returns
• Assist customers and register customer orders by phone when needed (when sales staff are busy)
• Perform warehouse work when necessary
• Contribute to maintaining order, cleanliness, and tidiness in the branch
• Stay informed about what is happening in the company
• Collaborate with other staff in the branch to provide the best service to customers.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a high school education. You have previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the construction sector. You see yourself as a goal- and result-oriented person with a strong interest in meeting other people.

You are passionate about service and always put the customer first. You are adaptable and flexible, with a good ability to handle different types of personalities. To succeed in this role, you need to be driven, unpretentious, socially competent, service-minded, proactive, and initiative-taking.

Structure is something you value highly, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job requires excellent communication skills, allowing you to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing – additional languages are a plus.
