The company focuses on user-friendly and intelligent automation solutions, specializing in robotic automation for picking, packing, and palletizing, primarily for the consumer and food industries, complete automation lines for the manufacturing industry, as well as automation in the plastics industry and packaging manufacturing. Within the group, we also have Front AGV, which develops and implements automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to optimize material handling.

Responsibilities

In the role of service technician at 3Button Group, you will be offered a broad and varied position where you are responsible for both planned maintenance and urgent service actions on automation and machine systems. You will also participate in new construction and renovation projects, as well as handle documentation and follow-up of completed service efforts. The role involves travel for work at customer sites in Sweden.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and urgent service actions on automation and machine systems

• Participate in new construction and renovation projects

• Documentation and reporting of completed work

• Customer contact and technical advice on-site

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Technical high school education or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on electrical and mechanical engineering

• Previous work experience in similar technical roles

• Good computer skills

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license B

• Experience in programming is an advantage

• Experience with injection molding machines is a plus

You thrive in a customer-facing role where you can use your service-oriented approach to build relationships and find solutions to varying problems.
