Nurse for the Geriatric Clinic's Outpatient Section

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse within our team, you will have a unique opportunity to work with advanced home care, where the goal is to give patients who wish to stay at home the chance to do so despite needing specialist care. You will work closely with both patients and relatives, where you will use and develop your skills in nursing, medical technology, and medication management.

Your work includes managing central lines, drainage, medication pumps, and coordinating care efforts with other providers. You will also play an important role in planning and following up for our patients, who are primarily palliative with advanced symptoms or elderly patients with multiple illnesses requiring continuous follow-up and individually tailored care.

Your role also includes being a consultant to other parts of the healthcare system, for example, during blood transfusions, drip treatments, IV antibiotic treatments, and drainage management.

You will be welcomed by a team with extensive experience and broad competence, where we value and support your personal safety and development. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and individually in a work environment that promotes learning, collaboration, and long-term development, while facing challenges that make a difference in patients' lives.

We offer flexible working hours that include day and evening shifts as well as work every third weekend.
