The Northern Home Care Service currently has its premises in the Lysjölid care and nursing home in Sexdrega.

The Northern Home Care area in Svenljunga includes Sexdrega, Hillared, Roasjö, and Ringestena.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In home care, you will have varied tasks all aimed at making others feel good. You provide individualized and good care, service, and nursing, as well as perform prescribed/delegated health and medical care interventions.

This makes your days with us varied and challenging, testing your creativity on multiple levels. The work requires a high level of engagement and active participation in developing and improving the service. At the same time, you will receive much appreciation in return!

Team-Based Working Method

You will work both independently and together with engaging and knowledgeable colleagues in a humble and supportive team.

The team includes, in addition to nursing assistants, an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who:

We also have some requirements:

  • You are a trained nursing assistant* and have knowledge of and act according to the laws and regulations that govern the service.
  • You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • You have a B driver's license.
  • You are accustomed to using a mobile phone and computer for documentation.

* As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to hold the title of nursing assistant. You can apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have a care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed under the title of care staff.
