The Home Care Service in Mölnlycke is centrally located in Mölnlycke, close to several shops, restaurants, and with good bus and train connections.

Job Responsibilities

Your task with us is to provide our users with safe and good care, support in daily life, and a stimulating leisure time. Your main tasks will include supporting users in their homes with daily hygiene, social interaction, activities, escorting to doctor/community visits, and certain health and medical care interventions based on the users' individual needs. Your work will also include everyday tasks such as cleaning, meal support, laundry, and more.

You will work day/evening shifts as well as weekend duties.

Co-planning

Härryda municipality is working to increase basic staffing and reduce the need for temporary employment. Co-planning means that you have a home unit but may also work shifts at other units within the municipality as needed. The aim is to ensure continuity and safe care for users while providing you as an employee with variety, broader experience, and opportunities for professional development. An introduction will be provided to help you feel secure.

Requirements

• Trained nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license
• Good digital competence, preferably experience with social documentation
• Ability to receive, perform, and follow delegated health and medical care tasks
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily work

Meritorious

• Experience working in home care
• Experience with delegated health and medical care tasks
• Experience with operational systems such as Treserva and TES
• Experience working with and documenting in the BPSD register
