The hospital's catchment area includes 280,000 residents. Together, we are about 5,000 employees who work every day to provide good and safe specialist healthcare. Our mission is to provide psychiatric specialist care to individuals over 18 years old with psychotic disorders and individuals with bipolar disorder.

If you join us, you will come to an organization that has the patient in focus, with well-established colleagues and a good work community. We are about 13 people in the clinic, and we have psychologists, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, peer support, medical secretaries, and doctors working with us.

Responsibilities

You will be part of our team. As a nurse with us, you will be the primary care contact and responsible for nursing for a number of patients. Being a primary care contact means that you are responsible for coordinating care around the individual.

Your responsibilities will include nursing and treatment work in the form of care planning and care documentation, advice via phone, medication follow-up, collaboration with other healthcare providers, and other tasks that may arise as a nurse in a psychiatric outpatient clinic.

The work can be both planned and unplanned, as well as both individual work and teamwork. If necessary, work is performed in the individual's home environment, and home visits to patients are common.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in psychiatry. Experience working with patients with psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder and further education in psychiatry is particularly meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You can work independently and together with others, take initiative and make your own decisions, and at the same time find it easy to collaborate. For you, respect for both yourself and others is a given. We work in a fast-paced and changing everyday life, and it is important that you can handle it in a way that benefits the organization and your own recovery.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Other

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period. The employment is a permanent position. The position is daytime, 40 hours a week, and no weekends.
