About the job as a Pharmaceutical Responsible Pharmacist (LMA) at Hjärtat

As an LMA at Hjärtat, you play a key role in ensuring that our fine pharmacy complies with all laws and regulations regarding medication management. You will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care, as well as be responsible for driving and developing the pharmacy's quality work. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the pharmacy's success.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for medication management and ensure that the pharmacy complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Coach and educate your colleagues in pharmacy and medication management.

• Contribute to developing and implementing the pharmacy's quality work.

• Work closely with quality specialists, regional managers, and other key personnel to optimize the pharmacy's operations.

• Participate in and drive projects aimed at improving customer experience and the pharmacy's efficiency.

Welcome to our fine pharmacy in the heart of Focus Gårda Business Center in Gothenburg!

We are looking for you who are an experienced and engaged pharmacist who wants to deliver the best customer service. We have a wide range of self-care products at our pharmacy and a customer group that appreciates our expertise in the area of self-care combined with counseling in prescription management. Our customers expect competent and quick service during their visit with us. We are a wonderful team of 5 competent and dedicated pharmacists who give that little extra in every customer interaction.

We are open weekdays 10–19, Saturdays 10–15, and Sundays 11–15.

The position is permanent and full-time. The start date for the position is as soon as possible or by agreement. Interviews and the selection process will take place continuously, so do not hesitate to apply directly. A probationary period may apply.
