At Allegio Omsorg, we employ nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “chosen personnel” – this is the principle we work by: we know that we offer the best services when we also have the best and most dedicated employees!

We provide care and service to our clients through assistance decisions. Based on the client's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments to meet the needs and routines of our clients. In the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and systematically work with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our clients and providing the absolute best service is very important. Requirements for the position include the ability to work independently, but also in a team, as the job may sometimes require two employees. It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have phone experience to read digital schedules and instructions. Some of our clients have pets, so you also need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies.

If you are a nursing assistant or caregiver, hold a B driver's license, and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, you will have priority for a temporary position with us. The vacation period is weeks 25-32, and you must be able to work all weeks.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
