Your Responsibilities

As a Candidate Manager with us, you will be a crucial part of our success, where your collaboration with Consultant Managers and Recruitment Consultants is essential for accurate recruitment and staffing. Your main task is to seek candidates in various ways, advertise positions, interview potential candidates, and manage our assignments. You will represent Clockwork at job fairs, exhibitions, and similar events, and actively work with schools, vocational training programs, and universities. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy finding solutions using your creativity, love service, and be skilled at coordinating and communicating. In this role, you will have many points of contact both internally and externally.

The position is a part-time/hourly employment that can be combined with university studies. There are good opportunities for the position to transition to a full-time role in the long run.

Your Profile

Currently, you might be studying at university, for example, in human resources, economics, or similar, and want to combine it with a job. We believe it is an advantage if you have previously worked administratively, as well as in service or sales.
