About the workplace

Home Care Center and Home Care Upper Center are located in the central parts of Uddevalla.

With us, the care staff travels between clients by car, e-bike, bicycle, or on foot. Our clients primarily live in apartments in an urban environment.

Since the autumn of 2022, home care has entered a full-time journey. This means that care staff works 19 shifts every 4 weeks. Working hours include both day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. A review of the needs of the operation takes place every 4 weeks, and as a result, schedule changes may occur. Home Care Center and Upper Center are part of a collaborative area with Home Care South.

The home care service in Uddevalla municipality continuously works to implement digital solutions. Our care staff has individual work phones as a tool for communication, planning, information, and for digital locks.
